Cement chain is one of bucket lifting chains, which shall have good wear resistance and high strength. In order to improve the toughness and wear resistance of the chain roller and sleeve, we have adopted the processing technology of secondary heat treatment. The sleeve and roller of the chain are carburized first, and then subjected to secondary heat treatment, so that the sleeve and roller have high surface hardness, and the core has good toughness, which greatly improves the crushing test strength of the roller sleeve. As the chain is generally used vertically, it is required that the chain must have sufficient frame firmness. We have adopted the matching requirement of large interference. The chain is assembled by the hydraulic press to assemble all parts in place. The overall firmness of the chain is improved. The chain will not loose or fall off during operation.
